What is this role all about?
We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, clients, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel coordination, ticketing, hotel bookings, itinerary planning, and vendor management while ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation.
- Coordinate travel schedules and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other travel vendors to ensure cost-effective bookings.
- Assist employees with travel-related queries, changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes.
- Maintain travel records, booking reports, and expense documentation.
- Monitor travel costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Support visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel documentation requirements.
- Provide timely updates on travel advisories, flight schedules, and travel regulations.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Travel Desk, Corporate Travel Management, Travel Operations, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel booking processes.
- Familiarity with travel booking portals and reservation systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior travel agency experience required
