- Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Address queries and objections professionally to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, fee structures, and industry trends.
