Job Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Experience : 10+ years
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipelines: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using social media, professional networks, and job boards to build a diverse pipeline for current and future needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, including crafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define selection criteria, and provide insights on talent market trends.
- Candidate Assessment & Selection: Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit using interviews and assessments.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in managing talent acquisition in manufacturing industry.
ACP / Building Material industry will be preferred.
Should be target oriented & well versed with stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skill in English (verbal & written both)
