Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify and onboard new advertisers, affiliate networks, publishers, and strategic partners.
- Generate business opportunities across CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and CPC models.
- Drive revenue growth through new partnerships and account expansion.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Affiliate & Publisher Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and agencies.
- Scale existing affiliate partnerships and identify new traffic sources.
- Coordinate with affiliates to launch and optimize campaigns efficiently.
- Ensure long-term retention and growth of affiliate partners.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, CR, EPC, and retention.
- Collaborate with operations/account management teams to optimize campaign delivery.
- Analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations for scaling profitable campaigns.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting using affiliate tracking platforms.
Market Expansion & Networking
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities.
- Attend affiliate conferences, networking events, and industry meetups.
- Develop relationships with advertisers, D2C brands, agencies, and app developers.
Negotiation & Commercials
- Negotiate payouts, margins, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients and partners.
- Manage onboarding documentation and contractual processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and Business Development
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models:
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CPI (Cost Per Install)
- CPS (Cost Per Sale)
- Experience working with advertisers, publishers, affiliate networks, or media buying teams.
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as:
- Trackier
- Affise
- HasOffers/Tune
- Everflow
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of advertisers/publishers in domestic or international markets.
- Experience in verticals such as:
- OTT Platforms
- E-commerce
- Finance
- Gaming
- Travel
- Nutra
- Mobile Apps
- D2C Brands
- Exposure to international GEOs (US, UK, UAE, SEA, etc.).
- Knowledge of media buying/programmatic advertising is a plus.
