About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and passionate MBA faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of management concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and practical classroom sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and engaging lectures for management students.
- Teach MBA-related subjects according to the assigned curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct classroom discussions, case studies, presentations, and activities.
- Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and presentations.
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Support students in developing professional, communication, and management skills.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, academic events, and student activities.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled academic timeline.
- Coordinate with the academic team for effective curriculum delivery.
- Stay updated with current management practices, business trends, and industry developments.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Candidates with relevant teaching/training experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Fresh MBA graduates with excellent communication and subject knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly using practical examples.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹900.00 per day
