Job Summary
We are looking for a Claude AI Expert who can mentor and guide our development team on the effective use of Claude AI. The primary responsibility will be to train developers on prompt engineering best practices, optimize AI-assisted development workflows, and keep the team updated on the latest Claude features, capabilities, and industry trends to improve productivity and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor developers on effective prompt engineering techniques for Claude AI.
- Help the development team leverage Claude for coding, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and software design.
- Create prompt templates, guidelines, and best practices for different development use cases.
- Stay up to date with the latest Claude features, updates, and AI advancements, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Conduct regular workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on training.
- Analyze current AI usage patterns and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assist developers in solving complex technical challenges using Claude AI.
- Establish AI usage standards and workflows across development teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude AI and other LLMs.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development.
- Solid software development background with understanding of modern development practices.
- Experience conducting technical training and mentoring developers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to evaluate and implement new AI features and workflows.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
