Job Summary
*Looking for an Accounts Executive with hands on experience in Tally ERP
Candidates residing around Mugappair, Ambattur, Ayapakkam & Vanagaram area will be preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Depositing of Cash & Cheque in the bank & Withdrawal of Cash from the bank.
- Maintaining the Petty Cash Expenses & Preparation of Petty Cash Book Statement.
- Posting Cash & Bank Entries in the system. Verifying & Reconciliation the Bank Statement with the Book of Accounts.
- Exposure in Online Payments & Bank’s IMPS/NEFT/RTGS Transfers.
- Preparation of Invoice to our Suppliers .
- Recording Purchases Entries in the system & makes payment for them. Maintaining Bills Payable Account in systems.
- Monthly verification of Replacement Invoices with the sales statement received from the stockiest.
- Maintaining the Bills Receivable Account and have regular contact with the customers directly or through marketing team & details follow up of their Outstanding Dues.
- Posting all kinds of Journal & Adjustment Entries in the books of accounts.
- E-way bill generation, GST entry posting, invoice verification, monthly filling of GST returns.
- Coordinate with auditors for Tax Audit Filling.
