Role: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
Location: Ghaziabad, India
What You?ll Do:
Manage full-cycle and handing end-to-end recruitment process.
? Be a trusted advisor by partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing plans, improve processes, negotiate offers and close positions.
? Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
? Choose appropriate sources of hiring- external & internal and ensure an appropriate number of quality profiles are sourced.
? Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidate across level through effective negotiation.
? Focus on the short-term recruiting goals while always building a long-term passive pipeline.
? Develop relationships with hiring managers and set each person up for success in their roles throughout the hiring process.
? Collaborate with internal teams to achieve department and company-wide hiring goals.
? Provide feedback to peers and leadership team enabling the talent team to continuously improve and achieve our goals.
? Ensure timely closure of open positions within service level agreements (SLAs) through coordination and follow up.
What We Are Looking For:
? Post Graduate with 2-5 years experience in Talent acquisition, Recruitment
? Healthcare/ Hospital background experience would be an added advantage
? Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
? Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
