We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and project coordination.
- Track order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and client communications.
- Ensure timely response to customer requirements and complaints.
- Assist in preparing tenders and project submissions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administration.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
