About the Role
Ivaana Healthcare Specialities is looking for an experienced Freelance Accountant to manage the company's financial records and provide financial guidance on a periodic basis. This is a freelance engagement suitable for independent accounting professionals who can work with management directly and ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update books of accounts accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate and assist with Income Tax (IT) filings and annual financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
- Provide financial insights, budgeting support, and suggestions for improving business profitability and cash flow management.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

- We are strictly looking for an individual freelance accountant who can directly handle the company's accounts and financial management.
