Assisting MR Activities - Reviewing and Updating QMS Procedures, Agencies for certification process, Vendor / Supplier Audit and Approval process, Review of system & process deviations, if any, and taking appropriate KPI /Quality Objectives Monitoring all process and taken necessary Conducting Management review Meeting (MRM Continual Improvements (KAIZEN) Activities.
Responsible for reduce Customer Quality, Maintain PPM,COPQ as per Targets, Taken necessary actions. Review of Customer Complaints - Understanding the nature of customer the root cause to take corrective and preventive actions. Preparation of SPC,MSA, Layout Inspection, Process Audit & Product Audit Plan. Responsible Process capability study, Machine capability study of all (SPC). Conducting and monitoring Gauge R & R study, as per MSA plan. Preparation & Maintaining Gauges & Instruments Calibration Plan & Reports. Product/Process Validation: Review and approve Production Part Approval Process PPAP/ISIR documents, and validation reports. Supplier Auditing & Qualification: Evaluate potential and current supp ensuring compliance with quality standards like ISO 9001 & IATF. Supplier Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on supplier KPIs (quality, delivery, cost) to drive continuous improvement To Monitoring 4M Change Management records & Taken necessary action Process Improvements- Error Proofing (Poke Yoke) Implementation.
