Ø Maintaining and Issuing of Common Tools to individual Technicians
Ø Tracking of repair spare parts
Ø Maintaining daily MIS reports – (Attendance, Service Reports, Common Tool List)
Ø Tracking Pending calls on daily basis and ensures closure within time frame.
Ø Maintaining Master Updation – New Machine and Serial Numbering
Ø Sending Reminders for AMC Renewal – Coordination with Service Manager
Ø Scheduling of PM
Ø Preparing Quotations – AMC & Misc
Ø Preparing In warranty claims
Ø Coordinating with Commissioning team for new machine installation
Ø Ensuring serial numbering for all new and changed machines at site and updating the same in Master Data – CRM/ CARE/ any other software
Ø Monitoring tracking of RMA Parts
Ø Ensuring dispatch of RMA parts before 45 days’ time limit.
Ø Follow-up for parts received.
Ø Tracking all complaints received from all OEMS in respective software closure of the same.
Ø Maintaining the purchase order onwards outwards file s
Ø Ensuring delivery of Sales commission bills on timely basis and follow-up till payment received in coordination with Service Manager.
Ø Ensuring delivery of Installation and service bills on timely basis and follow-up till payment received in coordination with Service Manager.
Ø Submission of MIS Reports
Ø Getting the all payments with concerned
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
