The Member Relations Executive will be stationed at the Pickleball Kingdom India facility in Gurgaon, directly engaging with customers/players to ensure exceptional customer experience.
He/She will manage customer check-in at the facility, handle their inquiries, guide them to appropriate coaching staff for pickleball coaching needs, facilitate in the coordination of corporate or private events being held at the sports facility.
The person should be passionate about sports and should have prior hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of a sports facility.
Should be able to speak English and Hindi. Educational qualitifaction is at least a graduate.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
