Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote the company's products, services, and brand. This role oversees marketing campaigns, analyzes market trends, manages budgets, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to support business objectives.
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/CRM platforms.
