Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of stylists, technicians.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, handle client inquiries, and resolve any issues gracefully.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Manage salon budgets, track daily sales, and oversee inventory ordering/stock control for retail and back-bar products.
- Marketing & Growth: Implement promotions, drive retail sales, and build local community relationships to attract new clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or Retail Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with salon management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Communication skill -ENGLISH & TAMIL (FLUENT)
