We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, identify new market opportunities, manage campaigns, support sales initiatives, and strengthen the company’s digital and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and product positioning activities
- Organize and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, events, and customer outreach programs
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and create effective marketing collateral and sales materials
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to recommend strategic actions
- Oversee the creation and management of brochures, catalogs, presentations, website content, LinkedIn presence, and other digital platforms
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum effectiveness
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and designers for timely execution of marketing activities
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channel.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
