We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hardworking Accounts Assistant Cum Office Admin to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative operations efficiently.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
- Maintaining purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.
- Preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Managing petty cash and bank reconciliation.
- Following up for payments and maintaining account records.
- Assisting with GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
- Coordinating with CA/accountant for financial records and compliance.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
- Managing office files, documents, and records.
- Sending LR/Courier details to customers on time.
- Tracking courier dispatches and delivery status.
- Coordinating with courier companies and transporters.
- Packing and sending parcels/documents when required.
- Scanning, printing, filing, and maintaining important documents.
- Maintaining data entries in Excel and Word accurately.
- Handling emails, courier, stationery, and office supplies.
- Coordinating with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Assisting management with day-to-day office operations.
- Handling phone calls and basic customer coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounts and office administration.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and basic accounting.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage office work independently.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
