Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature, fostering students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, and creating an engaging learning environment that promotes academic excellence and cultural appreciation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Assess students' academic performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language proficiency.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials to enhance classroom learning.
- Encourage active participation through discussions, storytelling, debates, role plays, and creative writing activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and behavior, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or mandatory as per school requirements.
- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of different learning abilities.

Experience
