Role Overview
Drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value through targeted retention strategies across CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute retention campaigns: onboarding, win-back, replenishment
- Segment users and personalize communication (Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Track retention metrics: LTV, churn, repeat rate
- Run A/B tests and optimize campaign performance
- Launch loyalty and referral programs
Requirements
- Experience in CRM tools (Klaviyo preferred)
- Strong analytics skills (Excel, GA4)
- Shopify backend knowledge
- Strong copywriting skills
