The candidate will be handling Statutory audit and Internal Audit of Companies, IPO consulting, M&A consulting, Transfer pricing,Time to Time advise on Income tax and GST matters to assigned clients, Handling transaction structuring and Due diligence assignments etc.
Candidates who has completed CA final and willing to learn and possess good communication skill will be preferred.
