Job Title: In Process Quality Assurance
Education: Master's in Pharma
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Job Responsibilities
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and nutraceutical regulatory standards.
Perform in-process checks (weight variation, hardness, disintegration, moisture, appearance, fill weight, sealing, etc.) and record results.
Verify and enforce adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and hygiene practices on the production floor.
Inspect raw materials, bulk products, and packaging materials during processing to prevent mix-ups and contamination.
Review critical control points, manage deviations, and report non-conformities to QA management for corrective actions.
Ensure proper equipment cleaning, line clearance, and documentation before and after each batch.
Support audits (internal/external) and maintain accurate QA documentation for regulatory compliance
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of food Quality, HACCP, GMP etc
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to take initiative, adapt to challenges, and be open to learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
