Location: Little Elly Preschool, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Position: Centre Coordinator
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
Little Elly Preschool is looking for a proactive and organized Centre Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth centre functioning, maintain excellent parent relationships, support teachers, and uphold Little Elly's quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
- Ensure classrooms and centre premises are safe, clean, and child-friendly.
- Maintain attendance records for students and staff.
- Coordinate admissions, enrolments, and student documentation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and operational standards.
Parent Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents.
- Handle parent enquiries, admissions, and fee-related coordination.
- Resolve parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Conduct parent orientations and support school events.
Team Coordination
- Supervise teachers and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor punctuality.
- Ensure teachers follow the curriculum and daily activity plans.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of centre staff when required.
Administration
- Maintain student records, inventory, and centre reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for operational requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Manage vendor coordination and procurement of centre supplies.
Admissions & Business Development
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents.
- Follow up on admission enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and community outreach activities.
- Support admission targets for the centre.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in preschool/school administration, front office, or centre coordination.
- Experience in handling parents and school operations is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Compensation
Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
