Job Overview
Webandcrafts is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Strategist to lead our social media initiatives and drive impactful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis, along with the ability to lead a team and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor the social media team, ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content across social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, and PR communications.
- Manage and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
- Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and other major social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong content planning, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
