Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Powder Coating Machine Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal surfaces using powder coating equipment, ensuring high-quality output that meets industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate powder coating machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and applying pre-treatment processes.
- Apply powder coatings with precision to achieve uniform coverage and desired finish.
- Monitor curing ovens and adjust settings to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
- Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and colour consistency.
- Maintain equipment, perform routine checks, and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, coating techniques, and curing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to handle materials, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
