About the Role
RP UXCollab is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, CMS platforms, and advanced animation libraries such as GSAP. You will be responsible for building visually engaging, high-performance web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and maintain websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot or headless CMS
- Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP (ScrollTrigger, timelines, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into interactive experiences
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with at least one framework (React, Next.js, or Vue)
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of GSAP for animations
- Good understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility
- Familiarity with Git/version control
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with animation libraries like Three.js
- Knowledge of headless CMS like Contentful or Strapi
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or product environment
