Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Instrument HOD to lead the Instrumentation department for Co-generation and Power Plant projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing instrumentation activities from planning to execution.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience
- 6–8 Years
- Experience in Co-generation (Co-gen) and Power Plant projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Instrumentation team.
- Plan and execute instrumentation work as per project schedule.
- Review instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and cable schedules.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil teams.
- Ensure proper installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site engineers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support project planning, execution, and successful handover.
