About Us:

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior Business Development & Account Manager to drive new sales, manage existing client relationships, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition & Sales: Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, chat, and website inquiries.
- Client Account Management: Troubleshoot and support existing paid clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Execution: Explain service plans, discuss pricing, and process online purchase orders.
- Follow-Ups & Conversions: Proactively engage with leads, making 60+ outbound calls daily to convert potential clients.
- Technical Support: Assist clients with service-related issues on Android TV platforms, apps, and general troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with clients in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 6-8 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in tech, telecom, or TV services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and general computer & Android TV knowledge is essential.
- Sales & Customer Handling: Prior experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting targets.
- Languages: Fluency in Punjabi (Required), English (Required), and Hindi (Preferred).
- Call Handling: Must be comfortable handling high call volumes and video sales calls.
