Job description
Min 1-4 years of experience in Jewellery field.
Age should be 35 years.
-Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English and regional language preferred).
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
-Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and negotiations effectively.
- Attention to detail with high ethical standards in sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
- Participate in sales events and promotional activities.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and confident personality.
- Should able to manage sales, stock, customer query and complaints, independently.
- Should able to follow up with customer orders and repair related issues.
- Should maintain healthy relationship with the customer and get referral customers from them.
