Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A.). Degrees or Diplomas in Hospital Administration (BHA, MHA), Healthcare Management, or life sciences/nursing (GNM, B.Sc Nursing) are highly preferred.
· Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, multitasking, patient handling, and basic familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (HMS).
- Appointment, Consultation, Admission, Counseling, OP Billing of patients.
- Maintain daily scroll.
- Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing & discount information to customers.
- Timely & Accurate registrations.
- Submission of deposited cash/ cheques/ drafts/ credit slips to finance department.
- Data collection for report compilation.
- Escorting patients to respective destinations as required.
- Activation of emergency codes as and when required.
- Adherence to service standard
B. Achieving high level of customer satisfaction at each interaction:
- Display of warmth and care at customer interaction.
- Effective follow through of Customer interaction.
C. Effective utilization of HIS and other related software tools for accurate & speedy execution of tasks.
D. Display of proactive cooperative, solution oriented and team solidarity approach to maintain cordial inter and intra team relations.
E. Ensure familarity and execution of all related manuals and operating procedures defined by the organization listed as under:
- Induction Manual
- Service & Functional training
- Classroom training inputs
- On job trainign mannual instructions
