KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop 3D concepts, renders, and realistic visualizations for projects
* Prepare signage designs, shopfronts, outdoor & indoor signage concepts
* Design LED display structures, media walls, digital signage & related installations
* Prepare fit-out and interior design concepts based on client requirements
* Develop detailed project drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and construction details
* Convert client requirements into professional design proposals
* Prepare 3D walkthroughs and presentations for clients
* Coordinate with sales, estimation, project management and installation teams
* Prepare drawings suitable for fabrication and site execution
* Review site measurements and incorporate them into final designs
* Ensure designs are practical, technically feasible and cost-effective
* Handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong knowledge of 3D Visualization & Rendering
Interior & Fit-Out Design
Signage Design & Detailing
LED Display / Digital Signage project knowledge is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit
Knowledge of V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape or similar rendering software
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Ability to prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings
Good understanding of materials, fabrication and installation methods
Strong creative and conceptual design skills
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
AutoCAD for technical drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and fabrication details
3ds Max, SketchUp or Revit for 3D modeling and project development
V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion or Enscape for realistic rendering and walkthroughs
Adobe Photoshop for image editing, presentations and post-production
Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW for signage artwork, vector graphics and production files
Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, for documentation, quotations and presentations
Knowledge of BIM, project coordination or other design software is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of relevant experience in:
* Interior / Fit-Out Design
* Signage Design
* 3D Visualization
* Exhibition / Retail / Commercial Projects
* LED & Digital Signage Projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
