Role Summary
We are looking for a Branch Head / Team Leader – Holidays to oversee sales performance and operational execution for holiday packages. This role requires prior experience in managing a team and handling overall branch responsibilities within the travel domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive FIT & GIT holiday sales for domestic and international destinations
- Manage daily operations of the holidays function at the branch level
- Guide team members in handling enquiries, itinerary planning, and client communication
- Support closure of bookings through consistent follow-ups and coordination
- Oversee preparation of itineraries, quotations, and pricing
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery as per plan
- Handle escalations, key customers, and complex travel requirements
- Track team output, booking status, and overall branch performance
- Ensure alignment with internal processes and service timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in travel sales and holiday operations
- Hands-on experience in team handling and branch management
- Exposure to FIT & GIT packages (domestic and international)
- Strong communication, client-handling, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage both sales targets and operational responsibilities
- Graduate in any discipline
