Job Summary
Detailing Unlimited is looking for a responsible and organized Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting software, maintain accurate financial records, coordinate with customers and vendors, and support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and payment receipts.
- Record customer payments and follow up on pending invoices.
- Manage petty cash and expense records.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday (as per company policy).
