Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day inventory and backend operations.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes and ensure accurate stock inward entries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across physical and online channels.
- Manage stock updates on Shopify and other online platforms.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock movement and ensure timely system updates.
- Operate and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) processes.
- Support inventory reconciliation and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in improving inventory accuracy and backend operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates with relevant inventory/operations backgrounds are preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Systematic and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and backend operations.
- Ability to learn and operate WMS and other inventory management systems.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
