About the Role
Sobonix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Interns (BDI). This is an opportunity for candidates who are interested in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Communication and want to build a career in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online platforms.
- Conduct cold calling and cold emailing.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads.
- Support the sales team in business development and client acquisition.
- Maintain and update lead information using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Requirements
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
Stipend & Full-Time Opportunity
Month 1–2: ₹8,000/month
Month 3–4: ₹10,000/month
Month 5–6: ₹12,000/month
Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for a full-time BDE position. The final salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, performance during the internship, communication abilities, interview evaluation, and overall suitability for the role.
