Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Poker Dealer to manage poker tables in a professional poker club. The Poker Dealer is responsible for conducting games fairly, ensuring adherence to club rules, maintaining game integrity, and delivering an outstanding player experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent dealing skills, a thorough understanding of poker variants, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal poker games accurately and efficiently in accordance with club rules and gaming procedures.
- Conduct games such as Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and other poker variants offered by the club.
- Shuffle, deal, and collect cards while maintaining proper dealing techniques.
- Manage betting rounds, announce game actions, and ensure smooth game flow.
- Calculate pots, side pots, and payouts accurately.
- Verify player buy-ins, chip counts, and table balances before and during gameplay.
- Monitor player conduct and ensure compliance with club policies and game rules.
- Prevent and immediately report any suspected cheating, collusion, or irregular activities.
- Resolve minor player disputes professionally and escalate complex issues to the Floor Manager.
- Maintain game pace while ensuring fairness and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional gaming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming table and equipment.
- Assist in opening and closing table procedures, including chip inventory and reconciliation.
- Follow all internal security procedures and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Support tournament operations, including seating assignments, blind level changes, player eliminations, and prize distribution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Poker Dealer in a poker club or casino is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and tournament formats.
- Excellent mental arithmetic and chip-handling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹9,955.87 - ₹25,698.68 per month
