Job Purpose:
To operate and monitor thermoforming machines for manufacturing plastic components (sheets, trays, blisters, etc.) ensuring quality output, optimal productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoforming machine (vacuum / pressure forming).
- Load plastic sheets (HIPS, PVC, PET, PS, PP, etc.) into the machine.
- Set and monitor process parameters (temperature, heating time, forming pressure, cooling time).
- Perform mould/die changeover and ensure proper clamping and alignment.
- Conduct first piece approval and in-process quality checks.
- Identify and troubleshoot forming defects (warpage, thinning, bubbles, incomplete forming, burning).
- Trim formed parts (automatic trimming).
- Maintain production records (output, rejection, cycle time, downtime).
- Ensure proper material handling and storage.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety norms.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and 5S activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issues.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
