Hiring: Senior OutSystems Developer

About the Role
YorPro.ai is seeking motivated Application Developers to join the Application Development and Testing team. This role involves working on core development using a low-code platform, along with testing mission-critical, high-availability software systems. You will collaborate closely with experienced developers and architects in a fast-paced startup environment. This position offers a clear growth path from entry-level roles to senior developer, architect and management positions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 65% academic performance across all semesters
- Hands-on experience in application development through academic projects
- Practical experience in software testing and bug fixing
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
- Understanding of application and database design
- Hands-on experience through internships or post-degree corporate experience
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), regression testing and end-to-end QA testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in low-code development platforms
- Experience working with low-code platforms
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to enterprise application development and testing
- Allocate time approximately as follows:
- 30% on core development and bug triaging
- 60% on software testing, including regression, smoke and end-to-end QA testing
- 10% on performance optimization and tuning
- Ensure high quality for all product features and enhancements
- Collaborate with senior developers, architects, product managers and scrum masters to provide cross-functional updates and improve deliverables
- Deliver contributions with minimal ramp-up time
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems ODC
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and development to deployment
- Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in OutSystems
- Strong hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform
- Solid understanding of application architecture and database design
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Exposure to ERP and CRM systems is a plus
- OutSystems certification is a great plus
- Experience in product-based or SaaS environments
- Passion for building high-quality, maintainable products
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹14,157.88 - ₹94,700.12 per month
