We are looking for passionate Ayurveda Doctors who are committed to patient care, clinical excellence, and helping patients achieve long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and Ayurvedic assessments, including Prakriti analysis.
- Diagnose health conditions based on Ayurvedic principles and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Drive new patient enrolment, consultation conversions, retention, and follow-up care.
- Take ownership of clinic revenue generation through effective patient counselling and treatment planning.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as required for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, nutrition, preventive healthcare, and self-care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment histories, and progress notes.
- Address patient concerns and provide continuous support throughout their healing journey.
- Escalate complex or non-responsive cases to the expert medical panel and implement recommended treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and high-quality clinical outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong clinical knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships.
- Goal-oriented approach with focus on patient outcomes and clinic performance.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centric mindset.
- Strong documentation and case management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is mandatory.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration.
- 1-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in patient counselling, consultation conversion, and chronic disease management will be an advantage.
