About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performance paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and has a strong command of communication to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion goals
- Create compelling ad copies and work with the design team on creatives
- Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure spends are aligned with business goals
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Google Ads & Google Analytics certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
- Experience in running B2B and/or B2C campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
