Job Purpose
Atyantik Technologies is looking for a quality-focused QA Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Manual Testing, API Testing, and Automation Testing, along with exposure to Integration and Performance Testing. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with development teams and contribute to delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.

Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.

Validate REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing tools.

Conduct Integration Testing to ensure seamless interaction between systems, services, and third-party applications.

Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

Perform basic Performance and Load Testing using JMeter and analyze application behavior under varying workloads.

Execute database validations using SQL queries.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and QA best practices.

Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman or equivalent tools.

Experience in Integration Testing and defect lifecycle management.

Minimum 6 months of hands-on Automation Testing experience.

Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must Have

Minimum 6 months of hands-on Automation Testing experience.
