- Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation of hydraulic machines, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and power units. This involves ensuring proper assembly, piping, and fluid connections according to engineering designs and specifications.
- Testing and Calibration: Conduct rigorous testing, such as pressure and leakage tests, and perform system calibration to ensure functionality and efficiency. Perform flow, pressure, and temperature testing on installed systems.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hydraulic faults, inefficiencies, leaks, blockages, and mechanical failures during commissioning and regular operation. Perform routine inspections and servicing, which may include replacing worn-out seals, hoses, pumps, and valves.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise contracted staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil engineers) to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems into larger projects.
