- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions
- Lead and manage the recruitment team for hiring goals
- Monitor sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of candidates

- Strong leadership and recruitment coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing
- Ability to manage hiring targets and team performance
- Must have a personal laptop
