Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying government tenders, preparing tender documentation, coordinating bid submissions, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and track relevant government tenders through portals such as GeM, e-Procurement, and Tender websites
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and approvals
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and renewals
- Follow up on tender status, bid openings, and award notifications
- Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and deadlines
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of government tendering and procurement processes
- Familiarity with GeM Portal and e-Tendering platforms
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and deadline management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in government tendering, bidding, or procurement
Preferred Experience:
- Experience handling GeM registrations, bid submissions, and contract management
- Knowledge of government procurement policies and compliance requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
