Position Title: Marketing & Sales Representative (MSR)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: 0.6 to 3 Years in Dealer Distribution / Channel Sales
Regional Office: Nandanam, Chennai
Roles and Responsibilty:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through dealer network management
- Appoint new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage
- Conduct regular dealer visits to generate orders and monitor stock availability
- Ensure timely order collection, processing, and delivery coordination
- Monitor dealer sales performance and provide necessary support
Requirement:
- Experience in dealer/distributor sales and channel management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
