About the Role
Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Concurrent Auditor to strengthen internal controls and ensure operational compliance across its optical business. The role is based at the Head Office in Delhi and involves regular travel to optical centres to conduct audits, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct concurrent audits of optical stores across SCEH centres to ensure compliance with organizational policies and SOPs.
- Verify billing, cash collections, discounts, refunds, inventory transactions, and stock movements.
- Audit inventory management processes, including stock verification, reconciliation, and shrinkage analysis.
- Review purchase, receipt, transfer, and issuance of optical products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate adherence to operational controls, documentation standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
- Follow up with centre teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Optical teams for audit execution and process improvements.
- Monitor compliance with pricing, promotional schemes, and inventory management policies.
- Support management with periodic MIS reports, trend analysis, and audit dashboards.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Retail Audit, or Operational Audit.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, optical, pharmacy, or multi-location business operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory controls, billing processes, and operational compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
