We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the planning, design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction and building projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all MEP works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with architectural and structural teams.
- Supervise MEP installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely completion of works.
- Prepare and review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, defects, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/MEP Manager.
- Verify quantities, materials, and workmanship against approved BOQs and specifications.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection requests, testing reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings and provide technical input.
- Support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure all MEP works are completed within the approved project schedule and budget.

- Hot and cold-water systems
- Sanitary installations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional engineering certification is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant MEP experience, preferably in construction, commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of MEP construction practices, standards, and safety requirements.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or other relevant engineering software.
- Knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in building construction, high-rise projects, hospitals, hotels, commercial buildings, residential developments, or industrial facilities will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
