Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software
- Experience in ERP Navision will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain accuracy in reports
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounting entries, and daily banking operations.
- Manage documentation and compliance for TL, CC, Vehicle Loans, and other banking facilities.
- Prepare CMA data, stock audit reports, financial statements, and banking-related reports.
- Draft bank letters, certificates, sanction documents, and coordinate approvals.
- Monitor customer collections through VAN and UPI systems with proper reconciliation.
- Prepare AHIDF subvention reports and other documentation for AHIDF Subvention Scheme.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Maintain finance-related records, follow-ups, and banking communication efficiently.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
