Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – International Exports to drive global business growth by developing international markets, acquiring new customers, and strengthening relationships with overseas buyers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in export sales, international customer acquisition, and managing B2B relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow international business opportunities across identified global markets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard international buyers, importers, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Build and manage a strong export sales pipeline.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert enquiries into commercial orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and drive repeat business.
- Understand market trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor landscape.
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, negotiations, and business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, quality, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and updates on export business performance.
- Represent the company in international trade opportunities, buyer meets, and industry events.
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in International Business Development / Export Sales.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing international clients.
- Existing network of importers, distributors, or institutional buyers will be preferred.
- Experience in agricultural commodities, food products, spices, nuts, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of export markets and international sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.

- Experience with international markets such as:

- Middle East
- Japan
- Australia
- Asia
- Experience with international trade fairs and export business development initiatives will be an added advantage.
