MICE & Corporate Travel Consultant
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Senior Manager – MICE & Corporate Travel Sales to lead our corporate packages and MICE vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling corporate clients, incentive tours, conferences, group movements, HNI/VIP travellers, and premium travel experiences.
We prefer a candidate with excellent client servicing skills, a professional personality, strong sales acumen, and fluency in English. The candidate must be capable of managing high-value accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the MICE & Corporate Travel vertical by acquiring new corporate clients and maintaining existing accounts.
- Handle end-to-end sales for corporate packages, conferences, incentive trips, business delegations, and group tours.
- Manage premium travel requirements for HNI/UHNI clients, CXOs, business owners, and affluent travellers.
- Design customized domestic and international travel solutions based on client needs and budgets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and vendors for seamless execution of events and group travel.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery from inquiry stage to post-travel support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Work closely with operations, ticketing, finance, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, account reports, and market intelligence updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MICE, corporate travel sales, or premium travel management.
- Proven experience in handling corporate accounts, incentive groups, conferences, and luxury clientele.
- Strong understanding of domestic & international destinations, hotels, event venues, and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple high-value clients simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
