Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls professionally
- Explain lens details and product information to customers
- Take customer orders through phone calls
- Coordinate customer requirements with the sales team
- Maintain good customer relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely
- Experience in customer service or optical field is an advantage
